These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by ATK Financial Solutions Inc. (“we") to you (“client,”). By engaging our services, accessing our website, or submitting information to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ATK Financial Solutions Inc. provides professional financial services including, but not limited to:
Personal & Business Tax Filing
Bookkeeping & Payroll
Financial Statement Preparation
Tax Planning & Advisory
Financial Literacy Workshops
Specific services, timelines, and fees maybe outlined in a separate engagement letter, invoice, or written agreement.
Client Responsibilities:
To ensure accurate and timely service, you agree to:
Provide complete, accurate, and timely financial information
Maintain proper records as required by law
Review all documents prepared by ATK Financial Solutions Inc. for accuracy
Inform us promptly of any changes to your financial or business situation
ATK Financial Solutions Inc. is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.
Fees & Payment Terms:
Fees will be communicated in advance or outlined in an invoice or engagement agreement
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated
Late payments may be subject to service suspension or late fees
All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced
Confidentiality & Data Protection:
We are committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality.
All client information is treated as confidential
Information is used solely for providing agreed-upon services
We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA
Client information may be shared with CRA or other authorities only as required by law or with your consent
Limitation of Liability:
ATK Financial Solutions Inc. shall not be held liable for:
Penalties, interest, or losses resulting from inaccurate or late client information
Decisions made by clients based on financial reports or advice
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service provided.
Our services do not constitute legal or investment advice. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal or investment counsel where appropriate.

While we may assist with CRA audits or reviews, outcomes are solely determined by regulatory authorities. ATK Financial Solutions Inc. cannot guarantee specific audit results or tax outcomes.
Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
Outstanding fees become immediately due
Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly
We reserve the right to retain records as permitted by law
Intellectual Property:
All materials, templates, reports, and educational content provided by ATK Financial Solutions Inc. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
